Facebook is becoming one of the web's most popular community website. You can use Facebook to keep up with friends, upload photos, share links and videos, and learn more about the people your friends meet.

What's so good about facebook? If your really into networking you can join groups of people who share the same interests as you. For example I have joined a web developer group where we discuss topics such as new technologies, outsourcing, advertising and so on. Unlike other community websites such as myspace, facebook requires that you are a person which makes it difficult for companies to advertise on the site.

Always remember to protect yourself on-line. Only put information on the web that you want everyone to know. Facebook was designed to make money therefore it's a business that cannot be trusted. Also it is rumored that government agencies such as the CIA gather information from facebook's database.
